TOPpharm is a website which acts as an intermediary that markets and sells medications from our own pharmacy and/or on behalf of European pharmacies which are a subject to state and federal laws. We are not able to take back the medications after they were dispatched. The purchases of healthcare merchandise are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
When placing an order with our service it is very important you understand that once a medication has been shipped, your money cannot be returned. If for some reason your order didn't arrive within the scheduled delivery time or was damaged we will issue an immediate reshipment. If the reason for you not receiving your order is due to an incorrect address supplied by yourself or due to you not retrieving your parcel from the post office after they have left notice for pickup, we can reship your order, but only after we receive back the initial order (usually this is done automatically by your domestic post) and we will charge you another shipping fee ($30.00 USD).
We will offer re-shipment if the product is expired or was damaged during shipping and if the customer provides relevant pictures.
If there are any problems with your order please notify us within one week of receipt at [email protected]. Your claims will be carefully studied and steps will be taken to avoid such problems in the future.
After 15 days we will automatically cancel and refund any orders that are placed and charged but there is missing information we require in order to proceed further to the next step. For example, if you place an order and don't provide us with your health information or a valid address, or anything else that would prevent us to dispatch the order, we will try to contact you for 15 days and if you do not respond we will issue a refund minus the cancellation fee.
If the reason for the cancellation is due to a shortage or backorder of a medication or a problem with our site or any of the pharmacies we will not charge you any cancellation fees. Once the refund is issued it will take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account. The refund will reflect in your next billing cycle.
If you would like a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We can not offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
